How do you break an official "Heat Wave" ... you head to the splash park. We can learn a lot from kids playing in a water park. Today the humidex was over 40 C and the kids were having a ball running and splashing in the water. This park is just 6 or so blocks from our place and it is really popular with the kids and parents on hot days.
