My Tablet

Lilly can use Wenda's tablet to do colouring. She loads the program, changes pictures, and can select different programs to colour with. Try take it away and you hear " My Tablet". And she's only 2 year's old!!!!

400 Tons

It took 3 tractor trailer trucks just to bring the counter-weights for this giant 400 ton crane to set up across the street from our house. Then the giant transformers will arrive and be lifted onto the concrete pad of the new hydro sub station. After that they will build the walls and roof around it.

Operation Christmas Child

Each year, I volunteer in Kitchener, for a charitable organization that sends gift boxes the size of shoe boxes to children all over the world. I have heard from adults who as children received these boxes at a time when they would normally just get one orange for Christmas.  Our shift today, sorted and packed over 4,000 of the boxes.

Silver Medal

Aiden had a great time at Lake Placid with his Can/Am hockey tournament. On the last day after the tournament, Tracy, Frank and Aiden went down the bobsled run with a driver up front and a brakeman in the back. Quite the weekend.

The Missing Part

Lexy came home from school with a different smile today.

House Update

Tracy n Frank's addition is well underway. The stucco base coat (I we styrofoam) is up on the second floor. Today the masonry workers are laying the stonework on the main floor.
