The Grandkids

Today is Quin's first communion, so it's a family gathering for lunch at Cupellis before the church service.

AAA BOYS

It was fantastic news today as both boys were accepted at the highest level of hockey, the AAA teams. It is virtually unheard of for a kid to go directly from the single A team to the AAA team in one jump. Aiden played for the AAA team tonight and scored 2 goals and an assist.

A Shared Moment

We've spent lots of time watching Toopy and Binou with each of the grandkids over the last 9 years. Each kid at this age gets a special looks on their face as the program encourages them to use their imagination. Lilly is the last, as they seem to grow out of it all too soon.

Call the Fire Dept

Tracy has a little help from the in house fire crew to put out the fire on Mom Tracy's birthday cake

Aiden's Scoring Trophy

Aiden got the scoring trophy for 64 goals and 18 assists. He's now made it through the first two cuts of the AAA tryouts. He plays on the AAA team in an exhibition game on Saturday.

Unknowing Cousins

Here's two of my grandkids in the same gymnastics class but they do not know they have the same grandfather.

Icy Niagara

Today we are at the Casino Niagara. I'm not normally impressed by the American Falls, but this year there's a pretty impressive ice formation in front of the waterfall. The buffet here us something else.

Helpers Needed

The grandkids are helping Nana to blow out her birthday candles.  Happy Birthday Wenda!

Frisky Ones

Wenda and Lilly we're down on the floor playing around on the floor with the puppy. Just there girls having fun on Wenda's birthday.

Lilly's Grandparents Tea

Wenda, Lilly, myself and Carmella thoroughly enjoyed having tea,  coffee and cookies at her pre-kindergarten school. Lilly did a great job of holding it together during the group singing while the kid next to her resembled a high speed washer with a bowling ball inside on spin cycle.
