Peterborough Liftlocks

It was the perfect summers day for a drive with friends. We went to the "World Famous" chocolate factory, had a picnic by the Trent canal, and ended up snoozing in our lawn chairs by the famous liftlock in Peterborough. Life is good!

Birthday Girls

Kissin Cousins

Our oldest granddaughter Amber got a kiss from her cousin Quin, who is 7.

Medal Boy

Quin played his last two games of the soccer season. It was also the last time to have his dad coaching him.

The Free Lunch Prize

Wenda won the first prize at the Dufferin Aggregates free breakfast. It's the old "bread and circuses" approach to public relations. We had a great Oneal breakfast plus the draw for free.

Soccer Weekend

Aiden's team made it to the semi-finals at the soccer tournament in Trenton, Ontario this last weekend. Then on Monday, they played Pickering and won. This game was recorded on Rogers Community channel with 5 high definition cameras. Aiden was on the field about 80% of the time and was very tired when he came off. He has sure improved his passing this season and does a great job of setting up the plays in front of the opponents net.

Mr Muscle

Aiden helped me wash the car. Then he Was admiring his physique in his reflection on the shiny surface of the car.

Our Garden
